Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been downloaded. Clicking to download initiates a download, and this initialization is what we define as a download.
If you have downloaded you are not eligible for a refund.
If you order a printed, or USB manual upgrade without having first ordered the download you are automatically not eligible for a refund for the upgrade. We do this to ensure people do not attempt to order upgrades without having first purchased the relevant product for that upgrade. Similarly, if you ordered a download expecting a physical manual, and you have not downloaded, we will refund you less a $10 cancellation fee. If you initiate a chargeback, you are not eligible for a refund and we will cancel your account.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they incorrect. If you need to exchange it send us an email at email@example.com.
